AccountabilityOS is a single-file HTML dashboard that transforms your weekly accountability sessions into a goal-tracking system with teeth. Paste your Granola transcript, and Claude extracts priority goals, secondary goals, and NOT-to-do lists for each participant. Track completion with checkboxes, earn points for showing up and finishing what you said you'd do, and watch the leaderboard sort out who's actually shipping.
